  1. Cancellation by the Client<\/strong>
    More than 60 days before departure
    Cancellation is permitted with a refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable fees or charges already incurred by Richtersveld Tours.
    31\u201360 days before departure
    50% of the total tour price will be retained as a cancellation fee.
    The remaining balance will be refunded, less any non-refundable third-party costs.
    15\u201330 days before departure
    75% of the total tour price will be retained.
    Any additional non-refundable accommodation, transport, permit or supplier costs may also be deducted.
    14 days or less before departure
    No refund will normally be provided.
    Richtersveld Tours may, at its discretion, consider a partial refund where costs can be recovered from suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. No-Show or Late Arrival<\/strong>
    If a client fails to arrive for the scheduled tour, arrives too late to participate, or abandons the tour after commencement, no refund will normally be provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cancellation by Richtersveld Tours<\/strong>
    Richtersveld Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the tour unsafe or impractical, including severe weather, road conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions or other force-majeure circumstances.
    Where Richtersveld Tours cancels a tour, clients will be offered either:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
